Ingredients:
1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Chunky Peanut Butter (optional)
2 cups Mini Marshmallows
1/8 tsp. Kosher Salt
1.5 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Directions:
In a microwaveable glass bowl combine milk, chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Microwave in 15 - 20 second intervals until melted (stir between intervals). Stir in marshmallows until melted (may have to microwave for 20 seconds to get thoroughly melted). Last, add in salt and vanilla extract. Be sure everything is thoroughly combined. Pour into a foil or parchment-lined square pan. Let cool (refrigerate) until the chocolate has firmed. Cut into little squares and enjoy.
Note: You can play around with this recipe by changing up the flavor of the chips. Here is another one I like to make:
